C&D Property and Lianfa Property Retain Top 50 Positions among China's Top 100 Property Management Companies

On the list of China's top 100 property management companies for 2022 released on April 26, C&D Property and Lianfa Property, affiliated to Xiamen C&D Group, both joined the top 50 again.
Among them, C&D Property rose by two places compared with last year to rank 30th and won the titles of China's Leading Internet Community Operation Enterprise and China's Outstanding State-owned Property Management Enterprise, etc.
Lianfa Property ranked 33rd, six places ahead of the previous year. This is the 13th consecutive year that the company has made the list, and it was also awarded China's Top 100 Property Management Companies with Leading Satisfaction, China's Property Management Enterprise with Social Responsibility, China's Leading Enterprise of Special Property Management - Smart Property, and China's Outstanding State-owned Property Management Enterprise, etc.
